Warranty / Return

The products sold through the online store www.valconi.md benefit from warranty conditions according to the internal policy and legislation in force. The warranty service covers any manufacturing defect found in products purchased from our store.

To benefit from the guarantee, you must have the original tax receipt or invoice and the guarantee certificate (if issued).

The delivery of the defective goods will be carried out at the customer's expense to the authorized Technical Service of our company, located at the address: M. Chisinau, com Stauceni, str. Alexei Mateevici 66/1. Tel 060560052. The products are presented in the original box with the complete set of accessories.

Situations leading to the loss (cancellation) of the guarantee:

1. In case of loss, correction or falsification of the warranty certificate, the impossibility of identifying the model and/or serial number (manufacture) of the product, as well as the loss of it or the purchase document;

2. Damages and malfunctions due to transportation without the proper packaging of the product and its improper handling;

3. Defects caused by improper conditions, by changing the original condition, by natural influences, for example: rust, condensation, excess dust or defects caused by rodents and insects;

4. Damages and malfunctions caused by natural calamities (lightning, fires, floods);

5. Defects caused by the buyer by violating the rules of installation, use and exploitation in inappropriate conditions contrary to the recommendations in the instructions for use, or using the products for purposes other than those for which they were designed;

6. Interventions on the products executed by persons not authorized by the seller, supplier or manufacturer;

7. Damages caused by the non-compliance of the parameters of the power, telecommunications and cable networks with state standards (eg voltage fluctuations on the electrical network);

8. Unsealing following the installation of the good sealed by the seller or manufacturer, its absence or damage;

9. The warranty does not cover consumables (accumulators, batteries, cartridges, thermal paper).

 

The Client has the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days*. Returns must be made physically by the Client at the following addresses:

1. Stăuceni, 66/1 Alexei Mateevici Street

2. Bălți, 6 Kiev Street

3. Cricova, 11 60 Ani ai Biruinței Street

 

The Client must return the product to the store with all components and accessories, including manuals and warranty certificates. The invoice/fiscal receipt and proof of payment must also be provided. The return is processed on the basis of a handover and acceptance document.

 

*According to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, the return or exchange of the following categories of non-food products is prohibited:

• jewelry (items made of precious metals and precious stones);

• underwear and bed linen;

• personal hygiene products (toothbrushes, combs, tweezers, electric or manual razors);

• perfumery and cosmetic products;

• textile goods (cotton, silk and wool fabrics, ribbons), etc.
